- Fresh peaches: 1kg
- Filtered water: 800ml
- Lemon juice
- White granulated sugar: 500g
- Tea bags: 1-2 bags
- Refined salt
Wash the peaches to remove any dirt on the outside, then cut them lengthwise and divide them into 4-6 small pieces. Next, soak the peach pieces in dilute salt water so that the peaches do not darken. During the soaking time, the outer skin will be peeled and the seeds removed.
Beat the sugar water, stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved. When the sugar water boils, turns brown, then add peaches to the island for about 3-5 minutes. Finally add a little lemon juice and turn off the heat.
Brew tea bags, add sugary peaches and a little ice cubes to enjoy.

- 500g ripe peaches
- 200ml fresh milk
- A few spoons of sweetened condensed milk
- Crushed ice or ice cubes.
Peaches choose soft ripe fruit because ripe peaches help create the right color and sweetness of peach smoothies. Then wash the peaches, drain and cut the peaches into areca segments and remove the seeds.

Ingredients for Pickled Peach:
- Fresh peaches 1 kg
- White or yellow sugar 400 gr
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Salt 2 teaspoons
Step: Preliminary processing of peaches
Wash the peach peel, drain the water.
Then, you use a knife to cut in half along the stem, use your hands to rotate in the opposite direction to separate the peaches into bite-sized pieces and peel.
Step 2: Cook sugar water
Heat 200g of sugar in a saucepan with 2 tablespoons of water until the sugar is melted and light brown. Then you put 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in the pot, turn on low heat until the sugar melts like cockroach wings, then add 500ml of water, 200g of sugar into the pot.
Quickly add water to the sugar pot and stir until the sugar dissolves with the water (the amount of water is twice the amount of sugar or you can adjust it so that the sugar water is submerged in the peaches).
You stir until the sugar dissolves, turn on high heat, wait for it to boil.
Materials to prepare:
- 700g fresh peaches
- 200g sugar
- 720ml water
- 1/2 lemon
Step 3: Cook peaches with sugar water
Put the cut peaches into a pot of sugar water, then heat for about 3 minutes.
Then take out the peaches and soak them in ice water for about 15 minutes.
Step 4: Soak peaches
Wait for the sugar water to cool. Prepare a container with a lid, plastic or glass is fine. Pour the soaked peaches into the cooled sugar water mixture into the jar.
Peach still retains its characteristic scent, sweet and sour water. You add a few ice cubes to the glass, then add peaches and water to soak and you will have a cool cup of peach tea to cool off on hot summer days.
Peach jam has a sour, sweet and sour taste, suitable for serving with many different dishes and is one of the most popular dishes, but it is not like the usual jam we often eat on Tet. The way to make peach jam is extremely simple to retain the most delicious characteristic flavor of peaches.
- Step 1: You wash the peaches, peel them and cut them into 4 to 6 pieces.
- Step 2: Next, you add lemon juice to the peeled peach above and stir well to infuse.
- Step 3: You put the pot of water on the stove and then add the sugar to boil until the sugar dissolves. When the sugar dissolves, add the peaches and cook on low heat. Note: During the cooking process, remember to skim off the foam in the pot and then continue to cook until the sugar dries up and thickens, then turn off the heat.
- Step 4: You wait for the peaches to cool, then put the peaches in a glass jar, then put in the refrigerator to preserve and use gradually.
